Book the Awaken custom facial experience tailored to your skin, promoting relaxation, and mental well-being. Services include a double cleanse, skin analysis, gentle extractions, relaxing face massage, and hydrating mask treatment. Your skin will feel fresh and rejuvenated!
Cancellation Policy
How to Book or Cancel a Treatment: You can reschedule your treatment for another day by clicking the link in the email receipt sent to you after you booked your session or you can email maritza@awakenskinstudio.com or call/text 832-280-5535. Please note that we have a 12-hour window for cancelling a booked treatment (see, Late Cancel policy). No Show + Late Arrival Policy. If you schedule a treatment and you either (a) fail to show; or (b) arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, you permit us to charge you the full value for the treatment (i.e., 100% of the treatment price). To maximize the benefit of your scheduled treatment, we recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to permit ample time to get checked in and prepare for the treatment. We do not provide refunds on treatments that you miss or for which you show up late. Late Cancel Policy. As a courtesy to you and other Guests, we strive to start all treatments at their scheduled times. If you must cancel a scheduled treatment, we require that you provide us with at least 12 hours of advance notice. If cancellation of your treatment is within 12 hours from the scheduled start time, you permit us to charge you for half the value of the treatment (i.e., 50% of the treatment price). We do not provide refunds for treatments that you fail to properly cancel.
